Everyone loves a good “healthy” burger… And there is nothing more easy to cook… All you need is:

  • Steak Burger (chicken for those that don’t like meat)
  • Burger Bun
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Dill Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced Onions
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Sliced Cheese

Make sure your meat is of good quality… While you grilled or pan fry it… place your buns in the oven for 2 min… Remove them… Add on each side of the bread… your Ketchup…Mayonnaise…Mustard… add the sliced Dill Pickles… Then place your cheese on the meat until melted… place the meant on your bread… add the lettuce…tomato and onions… and VOILA! The perfect burger… You can easily add or remove certain ingredients from the list…

There is nothing like a proper home cooked meal… This potato in the oven dish will fill you with warmth…

  • 4 peeled and sliced potatoes
  • 6 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 sliced aubergine
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 vegetable cube stock
  • olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

After slicing all your veggies mix them all in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper… Pour 1 canned chopped tomatoes in a non-stick baking dish and lay all your sliced ingredient making various layers… Pour 1/2 canned of chopped tomatoes on the final layer and sprinkle crumbles of the vegetable cube all around… Place your dish in the oven at 180 for at least a good 1h30 min…

Simple but tasty…

This Goat cheese Salad is simple and so tasty… All you need is:

  • Goat Cheese
  • Your choice of bread (French baguette is the best)
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

Simply lay your goat cheese on pieces of bread and pop them in the oven for a few minutes until it gets a little brown…

Nicely present your lettuce and cherry tomatoes and drizzle your olive oil and balsamic on it… Don’t forget your salt & pepper…
